Salvatore J. Siciliano, Esquire

Managing Shareholder

Mr. Siciliano concentrates his practice in defending and advising municipalities, as well as municipal planning and zoning boards. He has served as the Solicitor of the Borough of Audubon, the Borough of Magnolia, the Borough of Haddon Heights, the Delran Township Planning Board, the Pemberton Township Planning Board, and the Voorhees Township Zoning Board of Adjustment, as well as the Conflict Solicitor of Township of Winslow Zoning Board of Adjustment. He has served as a Municipal Public Defender for Edgewater Park Township and the Township of Winslow, and has been the Municipal Prosecutor for the Borough of Mt. Ephraim. He has also served as a Guardianship Monitor for the Office of the Surrogate – Camden County.

Mr. Siciliano serves the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a member of the District IV Ethics Committee and is the Vice-Chair of the Camden County Board of Ethics. He is an appointed defense attorney with the Camden County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund (JIF), Special Conflicts and Labor Counsel for the Office of Camden County Counsel.

An active citizen of Camden County and Haddonfield, New Jersey, Mr. Siciliano is often seen in the community through his membership on the Board of Trustees of the Genesis Counseling Center, Inc., the Board of Trustees of the Rotary Club of Haddonfield, the Board of Trustees of Camden County Bar Association and the Camden County Democratic Committee.

A decorated military veteran, Mr. Siciliano began his military career in the U.S. Army as an ROTC cadet at Drexel University, graduating the U.S. Army Airborne School at Ft. Benning and serving the Ranger Company as a First Sergeant. He later began his legal profession by earning a presidential commission as a member of the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps. Highlights of his military career included serving the United States Department of Justice as a Special Assistant United States Attorney and appointment by the U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Korea as a representative of the United States of America to attend trials in the Courts of the Republic of Korea. He has tried over 60 cases to verdict and was honorably separated from the United States Air Force with having achieved the rank of Captain.

Albert J. Talone

Of Counsel

Mr. Talone was born in Willingboro, New Jersey and at a young age moved to Moorestown, New Jersey. He attended Our Lady of Good Counsel Elementary School and in 1995 graduated from Bishop Eustace Preparatory School in Pennsauken, N.J. Mr. Talone studied Economics at The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1999. While attending The Johns Hopkins University, Mr. Talone played Division III football in the Centennial Conference. Following college, Mr. Talone attended Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware and earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2002. Mr. Talone lives in Mount Laurel, New Jersey with his wife, Kathryn, and their son.

Mr. Talone is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, The Burlington County Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association. Mr. Talone is experienced in New Jersey Worker’s Compensation Law.

James R. Glowacki, Esquire


James R. Glowacki was raised in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey. He attended grade and high school in Hunterdon County. He studied Psychology and Criminal Justice as an undergraduate at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, and earned his bachelor’s degree cum laude in 2012.

Mr. Glowacki attended law school at Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia. He was an active member of the Temple Political & Civil Rights Law Review and served as a Senior Production Editor on the Journal’s editorial board. Mr. Glowacki received honors and awards for his academic achievement in law school, including Temple’s Law Faculty Scholarship and the Technical Advisory Service for Attorneys (TASA) Prize for Outstanding Performance in Evidence. Before joining Siciliano & Associates, he clerked at a law firm in Flemington, New Jersey and worked as a court appointed mediator of Landlord/Tenant disputes at the Philadelphia Housing Court.

Mr. Glowacki is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, Camden County Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association.

Jennifer P. Iommie

Managing Senior Litigation Paralegal

Jennifer is a Senior Litigation Paralegal and Office Manager at Siciliano & Associates, LLC. Jennifer has been a litigation paralegal for over 20 years. She has significant experience in handling all aspects of Federal and State cases from both plaintiff and defense perspective, as well as extensive trial experience. Her experience encompasses several complex areas of litigation such as: medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, products liability, property damage, labor and employment, breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, asbestos, environmental, real estate, and construction malpractice. Prior to joining our firm, Jennifer has worked for two of Philadelphia’s Top 10 Law Firms of Cozen O’Connor and Kline & Specter, P.C.

Currently, Jennifer assists the managing attorney and associates in all phases of litigation from inception through discovery and trial. Jennifer’s extensive experience, dedication, energy, work ethic, team focus, and trial skills enrich the Firm's litigation team through all aspects of a case, including document examination and management, drafting of pleadings, fact development, deposition preparation, pre-trial preparation, and in-courtroom trial support. While most of her experience has been in civil litigation, Jennifer is also well versed in local governmental law, administrative and military law, representing individuals, corporations and organizations with regard to civil, criminal and governmental issues dealing with public entities. Jennifer also assists in cases with the municipal solicitor, planning board solicitor, zoning board of adjustment solicitor, municipal prosecutor and municipal public defender.

Jennifer also manages the firm’s litigation staff. She oversees attorney and paralegal recruiting, training, staffing, and personnel issues in the firm. She validates and oversees the preparation of legal documents, such as discovery, motions, briefs, appeals, wills, contracts. She relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals within the firm.

Jennifer is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Camden County Bar Association, National Federation of Paralegals, South Jersey Paralegal Association, Maria Women United of South Jersey-Maria Barnaby Greenwald Legacy, and the Haddon Heights Municipal Alliance. Jennifer is also on the Board of Directors for Genesis Counseling Center.

Jennifer has also prepared presentations for various seminars on the topics of Bad Faith, Toxic Tort, Construction, and Mold Defense Seminars in New Jersey, Philadelphia, Chicago, Florida and New York. She assisted in the editing of a Defense Litigation Manual that was distributed state-wide. She has attended and continues to attend various CLE courses in all practicing areas.

Jennifer received her paralegal certificate from Camden County College. Before receiving her certificate, she worked as a legal secretary for five years handling personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability and death cases.

Erick A. Germer


Erick A. Germer was raised in East Windsor, New Jersey, where he attended grade school. After relocating for the first time, Mr. Germer attended middle school and the first half of high school in Burlington Township, New Jersey. Relocating for a second time, Mr. Germer graduated high school in Willingboro, New Jersey, before a final move to Delran, New Jersey. Mr. Germer studied Philosophy and Political Science as an undergraduate at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in 2009.

Mr. Germer went on to receive his Paralegal Certification through the American Bar Association accredited program at Mercer County Community College, where he graduated on the Dean’s List. Before joining Siciliano & Associates, he worked as a legal assistant at a law firm in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, specializing in personal injury.

At Siciliano & Associates, Mr. Germer’s work focuses on a broad array of practice areas, including general civil litigation, contracts, wills and estates, real estate, bankruptcy, criminal defense, business creation and municipal matters.

Mr. Germer is also a member of the South Jersey Paralegal Association and a longtime member of the Order of the Amber Die, the premier gaming association for Paizo Publishing’s Dungeons & Dragons spinoff, Pathfinder.
