Personal Injury Law
Auto, slip and fall and other types of accidents are common. Though some of these accidents are minor, many result in serious and life-altering injuries to the victim. Even accidents that seem minor can over time cause you to go through a significant amount of medical treatment as the injuries develop into more serious problems. This can result in large medical bills, a lot of missed work and other major changes to your life.
If you are in an auto or other kind of accident, many factors determine if you can recover damages as well as how much compensation you can receive. These issues are complex and should be explained to you by experienced and qualified professionals, like our firm. Don't rely on what insurance adjusters tell you about your right to receive damages, how much compensation you can receive or other matters related to your accident. Insurance adjusters work for the insurance company, not you. Although adjusters may seem friendly and eager to help you, the truth is their job is to pay you as little as possible.
If you are in an auto or other kind of accident, call us for legal help. We handle all types of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, product injuries, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and dog bites. We have helped many accident victims recover the maximum compensation for their injuries and losses. We have the resources, experience and knowledge to investigate your accident, negotiate claims with major insurance companies and file a lawsuit if needed to get you the compensation you are entitled to receive. Call us as soon as possible after your accident, as the time right after it can be vital to your claim. We offer a free, no obligation consultation and will fight to get you the maximum compensation.

It will also help make sure your assets are protected and your medical affairs are handled the way you want in the event you ever become physically or mentally incapacitated.
Call us for an estate planning consultation. We have helped many people properly plan their estate, giving them the peace of mind that their wishes will be carried out when they are no longer here. We will advise you of the tools that will achieve your estate planning goals, and give you too the pleasure of knowing that everything you worked so hard for during your life will be distributed in accordance with your wishes.
