Salvatore J. Siciliano, Esq.

Salvatore J. Siciliano, Esq., is the managing shareholder of the law firm of Siciliano & Associates, LLC. He practices in the area of complex civil litigation. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His expertise includes the preparation and trial of more than 60 cases that have gone to verdict, and he has participated as special counsel in numerous other administrative proceedings. He has served as lead trial counsel on cases tried in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Mexico, the District of Columbia, and as a member of the USAF JAG Corps in the Republic of Korea.


Mr. Siciliano was born in Camden and raised in Bellmawr, New Jersey. He attended elementary and middle school at St. Francis de Sales in Barrington, New Jersey. Mr. Siciliano attended Paul VI High School, Haddon Township, New Jersey, where he was a member of the National Honor Society and was inducted into Who’s Who of American High School Students.


Mr. Siciliano pursued his undergraduate course of study at Drexel University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. A member of the Dean’s List, he was also a member of a military national honor society, Scabbard and Blade. As a member of the University’s Army ROTC elite Ranger detachment, he earned his Airborne parachutist wings in 1986 at Ft Benning, GA. Mr. Siciliano declined an Army ROTC scholarship to pursue his legal studies. In June 1989, he completed his undergraduate studies at Drexel University, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Economics and Finance.


The following fall, he entered Seton Hall University School of Law, Newark, New Jersey. While at Seton Hall, Mr. Siciliano was an active member of the Student Bar Association, Rodino Law Society, and Delta Theta Phi. Academically, he earned Best Legal Brief in the School of Law’s Appellate Advocacy Competition. Professionally, he began his legal practice with a position in the public sector. Beginning after his first year of law school, Mr. Siciliano worked as a summer associate for the Camden County Prosecutors’ Office. The following summer, he entered the private sector as an associate with Horn, Kaplan, Goldberg, Gorny & Daniels, then one of the largest firms in southern New Jersey. In the public arena, he was privileged to have served as judicial intern, first for the Honorable Daniel J. Moore, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, and then for the Honorable Nicholas H. Politan, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. In June 1992, Mr. Siciliano graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law, receiving a Doctor of Jurisprudence.


In December 1992, Mr. Siciliano was commissioned as an Officer in the United States Air Force, Judge Advocate General Corps. His first assignment was to Cannon AFB, New Mexico. While there, he served first as the Section Chief of preventive law and legal assistance and then as the Section Chief of civil law. Additionally, while at Cannon AFB, he served first as assistant trial counsel, then as lead trial counsel in 12 felony cases in a little less than a one-year period. He was also privileged to have been a member of a base legal office that was recognized as the Outstanding Office of the Staff Judge Advocate in Eighth Air Force. Also, while at Cannon AFB, Mr. Siciliano was appointed by the United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico as a Special Assistant United States Attorney (SAUSA) to prosecute civilian crimes committed on the military installation.


In June 1994, Mr. Siciliano was transferred to Kunsan AB, Republic of Korea, to serve a one-year remote combat tour. While at Kunsan AB, he served first as the Section Chief of civil law and then the Section Chief of military justice. As Section Chief of military justice, he was the lead prosecuting attorney for every trial by courts-martial during his tenure. During this time, the legal office tried four times the number of courts-martial that were tried the previous year. While stationed in Korea, he received an appointment by the United States Ambassador to the Republic of Korea to serve as a trial observer and monitor the Korean civil justice system on behalf of United Nations Treaty personnel.


In June 1995, Mr. Siciliano changed military duty stations, a final time, to Andrews AFB, Maryland. At Andrews AFB, he served in the Office of the Area Defense Counsel. As the Area Defense Counsel, Mr. Siciliano was the lead criminal defense attorney for every active-duty Air Force person stationed in the national capital region. An area of responsibility that included Andrews AFB, Bolling AFB, the National Security Agency, and the Pentagon. During his two-year tour of duty, he tried to verdict over 30 felony trials by court-martial.


In July 1997, Mr. Siciliano voluntarily separated from active duty with an Honorable Discharge, having achieved the rank of Captain. He continued to serve in the United States military through a position in the Air Force Reserve as a Circuit Defense Counsel. Mr. Siciliano is the recipient of the Air Force Commendation Medal with two Oak Leaf Clusters: the Air Force Organizational Excellence Award, the National Defense Service Medal, the Air Force Overseas Ribbon (Short), the Air Force Longevity Service Award Ribbon, and the Air Force Training Ribbon.


After separating from active duty, Mr. Siciliano returned to New Jersey and entered private practice. He initially served as a law clerk to the Honorable Louise DiRenzo Donaldson, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part in the Camden Vicinage. Thereafter, Mr. Siciliano practiced law in several law firms, both large and small, plaintiff and defense, further refining his legal skills.


In 2005, Mr. Siciliano founded the law firm of Siciliano & Associates, LLC. A multidisciplinary general practice law firm located in the Philadelphia metro area in historic Haddonfield. He represents individuals, corporations, and professional organizations with regard to local, regional, and national issues. A copy of his current Curriculum Vitae is available upon request.


Mr. Siciliano is a member in good standing of the American Bar Association, New Jersey Association for Justice, New Jersey State Bar Association, Camden County Bar Association (Member Civil Practice, Law Day and Immigration & Naturalization Committees). He has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the United States Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.


He is a past member of the Rotary Club of Haddonfield, the Haddonfield Celebrations Association, a current member of Tavistock Country Club, and the American Legion Post 38. Mr. Siciliano served on the Board of Trustees of Genesis Counseling Center, a treatment center offering addiction and mental health services. He is married to the former Nancy Megan Morris of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They and their three children reside in Haddonfield, New Jersey.

A decorated military veteran, his legal career began as a member of the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps. He served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Department of Justice. As a member of the United Nations peacekeeping force in the Republic of Korea, he represented the United States government with respect to international governmental relations. His litigation expertise includes trials of more than sixty (60) cases.

Jennifer McPeak, Esq.

Ms. McPeak is an associate at Siciliano and Associates and specializes in numerous areas such as municipal law, personal injury, property litigation, contract litigation, and estate law.


In 2016, Ms. McPeak earned her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor Degree at Rutgers Law School, Camden in 2019. She has been a member of the New Jersey State Bar since 2019. She has also been admitted to practice in the District of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.


While in law school, she was a member of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion, the Women’s Law Caucus, and the Domestic Violence Project. Ms. McPeak interned for the Honorable David M. Ragonese in Camden County Superior Court, Family Division, during the summer of 2017. In the summer of 2020, she interned at Siciliano and Associates, LLC. After graduation, she clerked for the Honorable Samuel J. Ragonese in Gloucester County Superior Court, Civil Division during the 2019 2020 term. After her clerkship ended, she returned to Siciliano & Associates, LLC, where she is currently an associate.
